The Rotary Club of Hong Kong Northwest held an exclusive event featuring our whisky ambassador. Club members and invited guests had the opportunity to have the tasting event.
The event began with a presentation from Terry Ma, who shared his extensive knowledge of whisky cask types, cooperage techniques, and the impact different casks have on the flavor profile of the spirit. He explained how factors like cask size, wood type, previous contents, and the length of maturation all play a crucial role in developing a whisky's aroma, color, and taste.
