A meaningful evening, gathered by whisky lovers and collectors whom came together to appreciate this rare collection together. Co-hosted with Tasting-So and an honoured to have Mr. Jeremy Chu from Whiskiology to come and share his knowledge about the Springbank Distillery.
The evening featured 4 tastings from the Springbank Collection, with a total value of over HK$40,000.

The highlight of the evening was the Springbank 25 years old - Frank McHardy edition. The bottle itself is very rare to come across in the retail market, not only because of the limited production but this particular edition has a very special story behind.
Frank McHardy was the distillery manager of Springbank for 40 years. This release was dedicated for his service in the whisky industry. According to his interviews, Springbank is still his favourite distillery because of the quality, craftsmanship and traditions the distillers continue to put into the making of whiskies. Springbank is one of a hand-full of Scottish distilleries that still completes the full production in house.
